About Mitch Drucker
Who am I actually going to be dealing with?
Mitch Drucker, directly. LI Law Firm is a small practice by design — the person you speak to on the first call is the person who handles the matter, and the one who picks up when you call back.
Mitchell S. Drucker was admitted to practice law in New York in 1995, by the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.
The practice covers business and corporate matters, litigation, real estate, landlord-tenant, foreclosure defence and property tax grievance — which is a wider range than most firms of this size take on, and it is deliberate. Problems do not arrive sorted into categories. A commercial lease dispute is frequently a partnership problem wearing a different hat, and noticing that early is usually cheaper than discovering it in year two of a lawsuit.
What that means in practice is a short conversation first. Bring the situation, not a diagnosis. Most people arrive having already decided what kind of problem they have, and a fair proportion of the time it is a different one.

Bring the situation, not a diagnosis. A short conversation usually makes the next step obvious.
